1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ask Knox at ask.jeremyknox.ai ("the Service"), operated by Jeremy Knox ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ask Knox is an AI-powered knowledge platform that provides educational content, interactive learning tools, and an AI search assistant. Content is generated or curated by Jeremy Knox and may include AI-synthesized answers from published materials.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using email (magic link) or Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid tiers (Pro, Elite) are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content
• Abuse rate limits or circumvent access controls
• Share account credentials or subscription access with others
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including lessons, articles, tools, and AI-generated responses, is the intellectual property of Jeremy Knox unless otherwise noted. You may use the content for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit it without written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Ask Knox uses AI models to synthesize answers from published content. AI responses may contain inaccuracies. The Service does not provide professional, financial, or legal advice. Always verify critical information independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
